I'm an outspoken person at restaurants... Especially when our food sucks, isn't done right, or the service outright sucks. Tonight, I had the perfect opportunity to express my opinions about all of the above. We ordered jerk wings. The menu says a dozen, which in my schooling means you are to receive 12 wings. The chef and waiter apparently thought it meant 9. It took 20 mins for us to get wings and they weren't jerk. 5 mins later jerk wings arrived. I swear he put extra jerk on them to be an ass. We ate the three that were missing and left the extra.

We ordered a pizza. 16", thick crust, red sauce, yellow onions, green peppers, italian sausage. We ended up with green peppers, italian sausage, and pepperoni. Not what we ordered obviously but we ate it after letting the waiter know. He claimed he was gonna get fired, the cook screwed up, and 5 other tables walked tonight already. Not my problem, I expect that if we are paying for food it's done correctly. Perhaps our standards are too high?

The real issue started when the cook was yelling at the waiter and pointing at us. Kim took offense to this and let him know she didn't appreciate it. He argued his case and lost. She pwnt him.

No tip for the waiter, no more business from us, and a post to my website for google's patrons. Enjoy [Divinci]... Want some advice for the future? Don't argue with your customers and certainly don't point at them in front of everyone. What ever happened to the customer is always right and customer first?
